Thermo Fog

Odor damaged materials and items may be profitably restored to their original condition by using a Thermo Fog process. Occupants can often return to a fresh, clean, odor free atmosphere within minutes of treatment.

A thermal fogger is an absolute necessity for complete neutralization of smoke and other odors. It produces a true dry fog at a particle size of .25 to 50 microns. Small particle size allows complete penetration of contaminated surfaces as well as reduction of airborne odor particles. The fog follows the same path as smoke and odors, reaching into cracks, crevices and voids. 

Occupants will need to be away for 2-4 hours after the thermo fog process is completed.

Ozone

Ozone machine air purifier improves air quality, reducing many indoor pollutants that filters alone are unable to trap. Activated Oxygen breaks down odor and other pollutants at their source. Normal oxygen o2 is converted to o3, which is commonly called ozone or activated oxygen, which breaks down odor and other contaminates. It produces activated oxygen to remove odor without the use of fragrances. It helps to break down and oxidize bacteria, fungus, mold, mildew and other industrial pollutants at their source.

Occupants will need to be away while the Ozone machine is running.  A Professional Service Technician will advise the occupants how long they should be away and the process on what to do after the ozone is stopped running.

Dehumidification

This will reduce the humidity levels in basements, crawlspaces, etc. that cause mold and musty smells.

2. Clean all areas and possessions (cabinets and furniture inside and out, etc.)
   
3. Have your carpets cleaned; see our Carpet Cleaning Service.
   
4. Clean walls and ceiling. If need to, paint the walls and ceiling after cleaning them.
