Pet Urine Damage Removal
| Pet urine stain areas may appear yellow or brown, and odors may linger long after the stain has been removed. Not all urine stains can be easily removed and may require enzymes to remove the lingering odor. Our Professional Service Technicians or Estimators will use equipment to check the areas of concern as well as the climate and interior conditions. We want to check for possible deposits trapped below the carpet face fibers and to possibly identify the source of the odor to remove or neutralize. |
If the contamination is extreme and/or repeated, our Professional Service Technicians or Estimators may ask for permission to check the backing of the carpet, pad, and sub-floor. If there are a lot of dried salts present in the pad, it would be better to cut out the padding and replace it. If there is extensive staining found on the sub-floor, a sealing should be applied after cleaning.
"Technicians were the best techs for carpet cleaning and pet damage removal. We have been loyal customers for 14 years."
-Gene F. St. Peters, MO
We cannot guarantee 100% removal, if only because of hidden "pockets" of dried urine hidden elsewhere in the carpet or extensive pet removal process has not been performed.
