	Jeff Sams, President Founder of Sams Carpet Cleaning & Repairs, in 1985. Jeff oversees all company operations. His visionary leadership has been instrumental to the successful growth of the company as well as sustaining customer business relationships. Jeff’s management style involves interacting with people in a way that they are motivated and inspired to do their best. He is always ready to make changes to improve processes that will enhance the quality of service. Creating marketing techniques so that customers are aware of the company’s services and adding benefit plan options and reward systems for his employees.

	Susan Sams, Business Communications Susan enjoys networking with potential customers to build business relationships as well as maintaining current customer relationships with the company. Developing marketing strategies to maximize profits or share of the market while ensuring the company's customers are constantly satisfied. Overseeing the company's involvement in the community is important to Susan. Either by auction items, youth sponsorships, or participating in charitable events that are significant to the company as well as to the company's customers.

	Don S., Account Executive/Sales Don is responsible for meeting with our current and potential customers. He is committed to service excellence and works very closely with our team and our customers to meet their goals and initiatives. Don has certifications in Odor Control, Water Damage Restoration, and Color Repair.

	Chris S., Operations Manager Chris has the accountability to handle all projects to make sure that our technicians are equipped, trained, and are handling the job professionally. At the same time, he makes sure our customer are happy with our services from start to finish. He has certifications in Water Damage Restoration and Color Repair.

	Leslie W., Office Administrator Leslie's commitment to customer service by communicating with our customers and using the utmost integrity and dedication keeps this company on the right track. She also handles human resource and accounting processes. Her dedication to detail is a great benefit to this company and to our customers.

Her commitment to assist all team members, management, and customers needs has been an immense benefit to our company and to our customers.

She takes pride in making sure after each job is completed to contact that customer to find out that we performed our services to their satisfaction.

	Dennis M., Technician Specialist Dennis is responsible for cleaning, repairing, and restoring residential and commercial customer interior furnishings and environment. He has certifications in Water Damage Restoration and Carpet Repair & Reinstallation.

	Greg S., Technician Specialist Greg is responsible for cleaning, repairing, and restoring residential and commercial customer interior furnishings and environment. He has certification in Water Damage Restoration, Advance Stain Removal, Carpet Repairs, Reinstallation, and Color Repair.

	Michael O., Technician Specialist Michael is responsible for cleaning, repairing, and restoring residential and commercial customer interior furnishings and environment. He has a certification in Upholstery and Fabric Cleaning.

	Nik C., Technician Nick is responsible for cleaning, repairing, and restoring residential and commercial customer interior furnishings and environment. He has certification in Carpet Repair & Reinstallation and Water Damage Restoration.

	Rick U., Technician Rick is responsible for cleaning, repairing, and restoring residential and commercial customer interior furnishings and environment.

	Ryan H., Technician Ryan is responsible for cleaning, repairing, and restoring residential and commercial customer interior furnishings and environment. He has Water Damage Restoration, Carpet Repairs, and Reinstallation.
