Grant is a committed owner of Sams/EverReady, bringing deep industry knowledge, strong financial intelligence, and a customer first mentality to the business. Born and raised in Ferguson, Missouri, he earned his bachelor’s degree in real estate and finance from the University of Missouri, graduating with honors. Grant and his wife, Brooke, married in 2013 and are proud parents of three energetic boys.
Grant’s mission for Sams/EverReady is to deliver the best value in carpet cleaning, carpet repair, and 24/7 water restoration by prioritizing three key principles—true savings, exceptional service, and unmatched speed. He is dedicated to ensuring that the company consistently meets these standards every day, year after year.
Alongside leading Sams/EverReady, Grant is an experienced real estate investor. Since 2009, he has bought, rehabbed, rented, and sold 56 single family homes, one duplex, and a 12 unit complex. His firsthand understanding of property management gives him a unique appreciation for operational costs, quality workmanship, and strong vendor relationships. His rental portfolio also supports the business by helping maintain steady workflow throughout the year, even during seasonal shifts.
Grant’s goal is not to become the largest carpet cleaning company in St. Louis, but to be the most trusted partner for customers and the best workplace for the Sams/EverReady team. Grant’s passion for his work drives him daily, but outside the business he enjoys coaching his sons’ sports teams and spending time with his family.
