Most residential appointments take between 1–3 hours, depending on the size of the home and the services scheduled.
How long will it take for my carpet to dry?
Drying time typically ranges from 6–12 hours. Airflow, humidity, and carpet type can affect drying time.
Do I need to move furniture before my appointment?
We ask that small and breakable items be removed prior to your appointment. Our technicians can move light furniture as needed and will place protective tabs under furniture after cleaning.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Vacuuming before your cleaning is helpful but not required. Please secure pets and clear pathways to the areas being cleaned.
What cleaning method do you use?
We use professional hot water extraction, commonly known as steam cleaning, which deeply cleans carpet fibers and removes embedded dirt and debris.
Do you offer commercial cleaning services?
Yes. We provide carpet, tile, upholstery, and air duct cleaning for offices, multi-family properties, and commercial facilities.
