2025 A New Chapter Begins
In 2025, Grant and Brooke Augenstein proudly purchased Sams, continuing its long standing family run legacy. With decades of combined experience in residential, commercial, and multi family cleaning and restoration, they stepped into ownership with a deep respect for the foundation that had been built.
