Technician does a fine job on carpet cleaning. He’s polite and courteous and explains everything to you. I will ask for the same technician each time.

We had 4 rooms stretched to remove wrinkles in our 4 years old carpet. They also re-attached the carpet to the tack strip where it was completely off on one side in one of the rooms and cleaned and scotchgarded the entire house the same day. It went great. The workers were very professional and polite. Plus they were exactly on time, and even worked though lunch to finish up.

My 14 year old carpets look brand new again! (even the mess from the box of hot chocolate envelopes that Snickers opened and licked into the carpet a few weeks ago is completely gone, oh, and the stain from the vine tomatoes she pulled off the counter and ate in the dining room —Yep, she’s a pain. I promise we feed her!) No one is going to be walking on them – EVER! I’m going to just sit here for a while and enjoy them before the kids come home and the animals are let out of their hiding spaces. I highly recommend Sams Carpet Cleaning! On Easter Sunday a full gallon of green latex paint fell down our stairs and landed on our living room carpet and nearby chair. Dennis and Rick worked tirelessly to clean the areas and I am very happy to say that the paint came out!
